Effective June 1, 2016 PMC Management will be assuming
the management of the home you are currently renting. We are pleased to personally welcome you to our family.
Our team is actively working with your current property management firm to ensure a smooth transition.
Please note that your lease agreement will not be impacted in any way during this transition. Your Security

For all mailed rent payments for June 1 going forward please make checks payable to MNSF and
send your payment to the PMC Northern address above PMC Northern P.O. Box 145 Hudson WI 54016.
During the month of May, you will also receive an email with information regarding your tenant
portal. The tenant portal will allow you the ability to pay your rent online.
Once you receive the email regarding your tenant portal login establishment, we request that all residents establish their
login and make future rental payments through this system.
Please note the link that will be sent to you is only good for 24 hours so please be on the lookout for the
email and please be prompt in establishing your login once you have received this email.
